About Us

The Wilmington Figure Skating Club has been a member of the USFS for over 30 years. We are located approximately 16 miles from Boston and easily accessible from Routes 3, 495, 93 and 128. We offer a Learn-to-Skate Basic Skills Program for beginner skaters as well as private membership for our more advanced skaters.

We are located at the Ristuccia Memorial Arena on Rte 38 in Wilmington, a state-of-the-art facility and the former home of the Boston Bruin's Training Camp.

The Wilmington FSC Learn to Skate Program is offered year round for skaters of all ages and levels. The program is coached by USFS professional instructors who are also available for private lessons. Each child progresses at their own individual ability and pace. Badges and certificates are earned each time a skater passes a level and our program is designed to encourage self-confidence through the sport of ice skating.

The program starts in Snowplow Sam (age 4+) and continues with Badge levels 1-6 (age 6+) with a progression to more advanced levels Freestyle 1-6. Enrollment includes membership to the US Figure Skating Association and an opportunity to participate in Basic Skills Competitions.
